All 15-25 year old girls who are choosing to lose weight the HEALTHY way, reblog this because I’d love to follow every one of you.
Today I put on my favorite pair of jeans…and they were really tight. I wanted to cry. I don’t even want to weigh in on Friday because I know I must have gained 2 or 3 pounds. I’m disappointed in myself.
My mom is on vacation for two weeks.
This means lots of junk food. My mom absolutely loves fast food.
I really need to be careful and try to eat well. I cannot gain weight after just starting to lose some.
Tomorrow is Friday, weigh in day. I’m a little bit nervous, but I know that I’m doing good. I’ve started changing my habits. I watch portion size, only eat when I’m hungry, and stop eating when I’m full. I’ve also become more active. My friend and I went on a 3 mile walk the other day and we’re going out again today. We’ll see how my work pays off tomorrow.
